To get started with Woodman's Trash Removal, all new customers must complete and return the required Customer Payment Authorization Form. The PDF form is attached below — please download, print, and fill it out completely with all correct information.
After completing the signed form, call or text us at 207-432-9484 to schedule a time for us to pick up the form and drop off your trash bin.
Don’t have access to a printer? No problem — we’ll bring a copy of the form to you.
